"The doorman lied to me how much a drink cost to get in by saying it was 100 when it was 50. So he said he would give me a discount for 70 because he knew me. But actually it cost 50 so when i got the change back he made me feel bad to give back the extra money and when i gave 10 extra he said no he wouldnt accept. I felt very threatened. I told the bar people working and they dont care. There is no care for the customers and the main foreperson is trying to scam. Do not go here."

"First of all, the space is way too small for that crowd. At one point it’s super difficult to move through the crowd so once u leave the dance floor it’s hard to get back in because people are taking up a lot of space for mosh pits. Most pits are super cool but i don’t think this space has the capacity for that. It was so packed to the point there was no personal space at all which made smoking super difficult inside as you try not to give others cigarette burns. Secondly, the service there is absolutely terrible. There is obvious biased on how they treat their customers. If you’re drinking free flow there the bartender will serve you with an attitude. My wife and I were just asking for water and a free flow drink (as supposed to for ladies until 2am), he pulled out the card machine and tried to charge us an unreasonable amount of money for it without explanation. When I was confused and refused to pay and tried to ask for just water again, he ignored us multiple times and simple made the gesture to hush us away at the end refusing to serve his customers. It was certainly an unpleasant and dumbfounded experience for us. If we ordered a drink from the menu I would gladly pay for it with no doubt but the working ethic and attitude was utterly lacking. Nonetheless, the music there was great. DJ knows what he’s doing with all the song choices and transitions. The service and atmosphere there could use some serious improvements."

"Red Room KL is located upstairs and the place was compact but nice. Service was okay and price is reasonable. Floor get crowded usually after 12am. DJ of the day could be better but overall it’s was good."

"The atmosphere is ok and the drinks are ok priced....the only problem is the guy downstairs who guards the stairs. That guy (idk if he even qualifies as a bouncer) likes to force people to buy expensive bottles. If you don't buy one you can't enter EVEN THOUGH people can enter just by going in alone And the rules and regulations changes based on the bouncer and the guy downstairs mood. I have a friend who's 19 and they flat out denied him entry and haggled him for 100Rm (its supposed to be 50) for entry for Halloween (the guy downstairs). Even though usually if you are 18 above you can enter. And this guy keeps haggling us to buy bottles If you are coming here, i suggest go in individually to avoid the guy haggling you. If that's too much just go somewhere else. Trec is filled with clubs that does give a damn about your enjoyment"
